Getting Around:
While the villa offers a secluded escape, you're still well-connected. Public transportation options, including taxis and local buses, are readily available for exploring Cancun and the surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Parking is available at the villa, providing convenient access for guests with rental cars or personal vehicles.
Major transit hubs, such as the ADO bus terminal in Cancun, are easily accessible, offering connections to other popular destinations in the Yucatan Peninsula. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the region with ease, knowing that Arenika is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
Other Things to Note:
Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the ID of each guest who will be staying, as well as a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with the neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.
The condominium undergoes periodic fumigation as a preventive measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we highly recommend not leaving open food outside the refrigerator.
Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. We also provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you would like additional cleaning or a replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra charge.
To ensure the air conditioning functions properly, we kindly ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is turned on and to avoid setting the temperature below 21°C (70°F), as this could cause the unit to malfunction during your stay.
Important: Replacement for loss of key, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction due to bad behavior.
Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, they should not exceed it.
You have total privacy in the property, however, if a force majeure cause arises where we have to access we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc).
