There’s a private in ground pool Oceanside just steps to the beach. There are beach loungers around the pool area and beach chairs you can use to take to the beach. Beach towels are provided as well. The outdoor hot and cold shower is a convenient place to wash off the sand after a day on the beach, making this a perfect escape for the whole family.

Ground level: garage allowing two cars parked in tandem. An extra refrigerator is available to store groceries. The elevator is accessible on this level allowing easy access to residents with limited mobility. Beach chairs are stored on this level.

Level one: bedroom #1 is a master suite with a queen bed and private bath. Bedroom #2 and bedroom #3 have a twin over full size bunk beds and a shared full bath. Both bedrooms #2 and #3 have a covered oceanfront deck.

Level two: the open living room and kitchen have to separate dining areas that flow beautifully making entertaining a breeze. The light and airy decor create a relaxing space, accented with large windows and covered oceanfront deck access that allows easy mixing and mingling in and outside of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a working island and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space and comfy stools.

Level three: bedroom #4 has a king bed and full private bath with oceanfront covered deck. Bedroom #5 has queen bed with private full bath.

All bedrooms have smart tv’s with cable.
