About this property

You and your family will enjoy this two story classic oceanfront cottage, located only blocks from the Oceanana Fishing Pier towards Fort Macon.

This oceanfront cottage, nestled amongst the dunes, is perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and listening to the waves washing ashore. A private foot path from the cottage's backdoor will have your toes in the sand on a quiet beach moments after you arrive.

The main level of the cottage (or second floor) has an open, bright and cheery professionally decorated design with an updated kitchen, dining area, living room and fireplace. There are three bedrooms (two queens and a king) and two full bathrooms on this level. Enjoy lovely outdoor dinners while overlooking the dunes and water on the covered porch that features a large outdoor dining table and seating area. The ground level features two bedrooms (a queen and two twin trundle beds that pop up to create two king size beds) and a full bathroom. Outside there is an outside lower patio with a gas grill.

There are two TV’s, one in the upstairs living room and one downstairs in the large trundle room for those rainy days.

This cottage sleeps 10 easily. Parking for 4 cars. Nonsmoking. No pets are allowed.
INCLUDED: WIFI, high-speed Internet, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels. This will save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with clean, fresh linens and complete sets of towels will be available. Beach bikes can be rented and delivered to the house before you arrive, some beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided for your enjoyment.

Perfect house

This house was so perfect. The location was amazing, amazing front porch to sit and listen to the beach, and a quick walk from the house down to the ocean. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed! Will stay here again!

Childhood Memories

My family and I used to stay in this house 2 weeks every summer in the 70's and early 80's. So many fond memories! The house is nicely updated without ruining the old charm and comfort! Awesome experience!

Fun Stormy Weekend

We came to Atlantic Beach for a scuba diving weekend but tropical storm Ophelia had other ideas. Nice cottage to hunker down in and the property manager was very attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

I’m still thinking about the vacation we had at this house in July. The location on the beach is perfect and the house was the right size for 3 kids and 6 adults. The outside shower and deck overlooking the beach and pier were my favorites. The neighbors are nice and Stacy was great to work with! The beds were comfortable too. Slept great!

Great cottage on a beautiful beach. We vacationed here with extended family and loved the house!! The house was clean and very well cared for. We had everything we needed in the trip. We ran into a minor issue upon arriving with the main floor toilet that was fixed promptly by the super responsive owner. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking to enjoy a beach vacation

Atlantic Beach 2022

The house is a gem. It served our family of 9 perfectly. The beach and dune are beautiful and the location is convenient on a dead end street so little to no traffic. It’s beautifully decorated and modern while preserving the character of some of the older features like the beautiful hardwood floors and wood paneling. Everything we needed was there and the house is impeccably clean and maintained.

Charming, stylish oceanfront house

We loved our stay! The location was perfect — it was an easy walk from the lovely, breezy back deck through the dunes to a wide, uncrowded stretch of beach. The house is elegantly decorated and well stocked with high quality linens, towels and housewares. The kitchen was fabulous, the beds were comfortable, and all three bathrooms were charmingly updated. We spent much of our time outside on the lovely deck with its spacious outdoor dining table, enjoying some spectacular sunsets. The hammock under the deck was another favorite spot. The house had everything we needed — and on top of that, the management was the best we’ve experienced in a rental. Stacy noticed before we did that there was a problem brewing with the air conditioning. She contacted us proactively, and had a repair person on the way the same afternoon. We were never inconvenienced or uncomfortable. Outstanding care. We highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great beach house with the perfect location.

This was the perfect place for our family of 10 people. The beach was wonderful. Not very busy. Walking distance to Oceania Pier Bar and restaurant (cute little restaurant). The beds were comfortable. The deck was wonderful for the 10 of us. Inside was a little tight so happy we had the deck for all our meals. Check in was easy. There were a few beach chairs which was nice since we were traveling from Wisconsin. There were no sand toys or boogie boards but we bought some nice boards and left them behind so hopefully they will be there for future guests. 🤞🤞We have a tradition of late night family beach walks where ever we go and we were not disappointed with Atlantic beach. It was gorgeous at night and we enjoy looking for crabs. The location is perfect! We also went deep sea fishing with Captain Stacy and it was a lot of fun. It was rough waters so several of us got sea sick but it was still a great memory for the kids.

Close but.....

property was fine, location terrific. 2 deal brakers: 1. Fireplace clogged; smoke invaded entire house. We did all we could to clear the blockage - no luck. I REALLY wanted a rental with fireplace. 2. BBQ worked OK; but was filthy. I tried to leave it allot cleaner than what we found.

Great winter weekend getaway

I stayed with a group of 10 adults at this property and we had the best time. The house itself was perfectly laid out, the bathrooms were great, plenty of towels, sheets, etc. The location to the beach was also great, right on the water and it was so nice to be able to hear the waves at night and wake up to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

We Rang in 2022 the Best!

What an incredible home! We were immediately cozy and comfortable in this beautifully decorated beach house. The location is perfect…when we went out onto the expansive deck, the view of the ocean was just breathtaking. The long outdoor table was ample enough to have our entire family around it to enjoy our meals and play card games. The property manager was very kind and helpful; she answered our questions and addressed issues (the only issue we had was, by the end we of the week, running out of space in the trash receptacle outside) and she helped us solve that issue. I can’t say enough about how comfortable the beds were….how nice the furnishings were…how nice the kitchen was, and all the pots and dishes that accompanied it. The amenities were great: We wanted for nothing! Thank you for making our New Years 2022 trip an excellent one!
