Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used linens in the washer and start. Place all towels in the laundry room as well thank you.
If you use the air mattress please deflate and place back in closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any get-togethers must include guests on the booking only. No large parties.
This property requires at least three prior completed stays in good standing. If this is not met, the reservation cannot be confirmed.

Property was clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Lots of room and bedrooms are pretty big. The rec room has arcade games and a pool table for those rainy days.
