● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking
● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with. They allowed us some grace with check in since we arrived so early and were very nice. The home was clean but could use some maintenance. Overall it was a nice stay for our quick trip.

The house overall could use some updates and basic repairs, paint alone would go a long way. Due to the amount of guest it can accommodate and location its value for the money is reasonable. We did really enjoy the stock tank pool for our littles.
The main reason we booked this house was the spaciousness and the proximity to the beach for the price. The house met the mark on both counts. The beach is a 2 minute drive or an easy 5-10 minute walk - we went everyday and it was mostly empty. The pool and the fenced-in backyard were also a huge hit with the kids. The house is older and could use some cosmetic repairs but we didn't have any specific issues. The host provided the basics and the home was clean. The location was honestly excellent and the house comfortable.

It’s an okay home. Cons:To be completely transparent, the pictures don’t exactly match the house.I believe they are older pictures. Doors don’t close all the way, foundation issues, moldy smell, cracked and chipping paint, low water pressure when flushing the toilets, and the water temperature for the showers don’t get hot. Pros:- Spacious-Nice natural lighting- Washer and dryer- Very good communication with the host. Overall: It isn’t a bad home but it also is not the best vacation spot. It has a lot of potential, it just needs to be renovated and really brought to life. I enjoyed my stay but for the price, I was expecting more.

Host interaction and location was good. 5 or so minute walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking on property. Lots of windows, bright lighting. However the property overall is not in a condition in which I would stay again. The house feels old and looks unkept, foundation issues evidenced by uneven floors, cracks on walls and doors not closing, nor staying shut. Exterior and interior paint is chipping in several places. All in all, I think the place needs a lot of work. The pictures do not show many of the imperfections.
The location is great. Easily walkable to the beach. Do not rent with little kids unless verify the second floor opening on the patio is fixed! There is an opening at knee level on the patio that is about 2'x4'. The house needs some attention and pictures updated. The room with the double bed has no door and is either accessed through the other third floor bedroom or a steep spiral staircase. The downstairs bedroom is only access from outside and the outside handle to the patio door is off so only can be access through the garage. The bed listing is outdated (not a problem since there are MORE beds). There is also a foosball table in the first floor bedroom that isn't listed. The kitchen is small. This house could be better with a little TLC. The house isn't bad is priced accordingly but the listing needs to be updated and safety repairs made.
