We spent 3-weeks here in February 2026. The home is in like new condition, well-equipped, and everything is just as pictured. The neighborhood is gated and very quiet and private. The location is great with access out the main gate directly onto to 98 and the back gate leads to 30A through Seacrest. We hope to return.

A really large house for a big group very close to the beach and a pool right outside. The host was very responsive. The community has a private shuttle driver that can take you to the private beach (which gets super crowded) or to Inlet Beach which we preferred since it was less crowded. We’d definitely go back.

The Treetops neighborhood is conveniently located between Rosemary Beach and Alice Beach. It offers simple to all the 30A amenities access without a lot of traffic. The homes are all relatively new with modern amenities. The neighborhood is very peaceful and surrounded by pine forest on one side.
