サンディクレイク（「楽しい時間」と「クラック」と発音されるゲール語）は、リゾートの正面にあります。 海とプールの両方の景色を眺めることができます。 プールへの入り口の真向かいにあり、ビーチへは徒歩ですぐです。

Sandy Craicは最近改装されました。パティオ/バーベキューエリアと囲まれたシャワーを備えた新しいサイドエントリ方法。 広葉樹を再仕上げし、再塗装し、新しいタイルを取り付け、洗濯機と乾燥機を更新し、キングベッドとクイーンベッド用の新しいマットレスを購入しました。

家は非常に広く、2400平方フィート以上で構成されています。 4つのベッドルームにはそれぞれ、屋外家具を備えた専用のデッキがあります。 家は快適さと便利さを念頭に置いて専門的に装飾されています。 堅木張りの床または家全体のタイル。
リビングエリアには3つの快適な革張りのソファがあります。 ダイニングエリアには大きなテーブルがあり、10〜12名様まで収容でき、カウンターに追加の座席があります。キッチンには、ステンレス器具、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、コーヒーステーションとともに、設備が整っています。 1階のベッドルームには、新しい豪華なクイーンマットレス、バスルームへのプライベートアクセス、プライベートデッキがあります。 ランドリールームとバスルームは、このレベルを完了します。

2階には子供用の部屋があり、2組の寝台（ツイン）、クイーンソファースリーパー、専用バスルームがあります。 この部屋はとても広い。 このレベルには、別の寝台と新しい豪華なマットレス付きのキングベッドで構成されるファミリールームもあります。 マスターバスにはレインシャワーとガーデンスタイルのバスタブがあります。 プライベートデッキでのんびりした夜をお楽しみください。

最後に第3レベルには、キングベッドと新しい豪華なマットレスを備えた別のマスターベッドルームがあります。 また、必要に応じてベッドに変えたり、ただ座って良い本を楽しんだりすることができる特大のソファもあります。 専用浴槽付きの専用バスルームがあります。 ベッドルームのプライベートデッキからは素晴らしい海の景色が見えます。
ホールの向かいには、クッション付きのパティオ家具のある屋根付きのデッキがあり、快適にリラックスできます。 このレベルでは、便利な冷蔵庫付きのウェットバーもあります。

Best location for the beach!

We had a great trip! The location of this house is perfect for walking to restaurants and only 3 minutes from the beach. We also loved sitting by the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach wedding/family vacay Perfect Location

Rooms are so spacious, All amenities we needed, chairs for beach, beach towels, umbrella, soft cold pack. Excellent location to pool, tram and beach. House is in the perfect location to reach all of the shops by bike or tram. We would definitely book again!

The property was great. The location in the Seacrest neighborhood was perfectly situated on the beach side of the neighborhood and across the street from the pool. Also, just a couple blocks from the shops. The house was clean and they provided plenty of towels for the 9 of us. The kitchen is small but well stocked and the grill was very nice. Overall, the house was perfect for our group.Highly recommend going to the beach at sunset. Beach is much less crowded and the sunsets were amazing.

Perfect Paradise

This home was amazing. It was perfectly located in the community with easy access to the beach, pool, shops and dining. Plenty of space and beds for our family and friends to enjoy our vacation. Lisa was extremely responsive to questions and a wonderful host. We’d love to stay here again.

Great stay over Memorial Day!

This house is amazing! Short walk to the beach, and the house is right across from the pool. Our 79 year old mother stayed with us and was able to walk from the house to across the street to the beach. The house has everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable, beach towels, beach chairs for sunsets at the beach, beach toys, cooler, spices in the pantry and extra sandwich bags. We definitely would book again!!! Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a very nice vacation. We were 60 steps from the pool and a 5 min walk to the beach. The house was very nice and roomy for 6 adults and 6 children including a 5 month old. Very close to the square where ice cream, pizza, crepes and star bucks were available.

Great place in an ideal location within Seacrest beach!

This was in an ideal location in Seacrest Beach. Lots of bikes and close to cute shops and entertainment each night. Short bike to Rosemary and Alys beaches. House was right across from pool and short walk or tram ride to the beach. Such a well stocked house and kitchen! Great kids room with Tv and bunks sleeping 6. We will definitely be back to the Sandy Craic!

Winter Stay

We visited Sandy Craic in February 2024. The property was great, it was clean, spacious, had everything we needed and in a great location. Lisa was very helpful when one of the appliances stopped working. She even gave us valuable advice as we were looking at a few properties to purchase in the neighborhood. We'd highly recommend Sandy Craic or any of Lisa's properties!

Family vacation 2022

The location of this property is perfect! It’s very close to the pool, but also an easy walk to the beach or tram ride. The house was perfect for our family, especially young kids! There were plenty of beach chairs and sand toys for everyone. Location was also very close to some of the shops and live music at nice which was very nice. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the electric but the owner was readily available to answer us and get it fixed which we appreciated! When you have young kids and go on vacation it’s really all about them, and when it was time to go they did not want to leave and since have asked to go back to “the red house”. Would definitely recommend booking this property and hopefully will book again in the future!

Busy week- lots of amenities

The house was amazing and had literally everything we needed except extra TP. The beach was PACKED, this was the biggest bummer of the trip. There is only about 100 yards of beach space and since we were there on our fall break trip so we’re hundreds of other families. The kids didn’t have much breathing room for beach activities. The pool was on and off busy, but since the pool is soo huge it is easy to find some space to play and lay on chairs. However this pool is huge and was chilly for adults and even the kiddos so it somewhat hampered the amount of time we stayed at the pool. We love this area but would definitely pick a different time of year to visit.

Best 30A has to offer!!

We had 5 teenage boys and 4 moms to celebrate the beginning of summer and the house could not have suited our needs better!! The bunk room on the second floor was perfect Slept the 5 boys comfortably and plenty of room. The house is decorated nicely, kitchen well stocked, beach towels and beach chairs provided!! And the location of the house is amazing. Right in the front of Seacrest, 5 min walk to beach and 10 second walk to the pool. We never even took a tram to the beach because it was so close. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces the house offered and just had a relaxing get away. We enjoyed biking or walking to the Village area for eating and shopping and Rosemary just a few blocks beyond that. We are planning a family trip next year and when I finalize dates I'm hoping this house will be available!! Our boys wanted newer bikes to ride around so we did end up renting them, rather than using the ones provided.

Best Vacation!

We had the best time, and this property was in the best location! The house was clean and roomy, and had everything we needed for our stay including beach gear. It was an easy walk to the beach, Aly's beach and Rosemary. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for everything!

Great Experience

The house was great, an abundance of towels, both for hte house and beach, chairs, beach toys and primo location for the pool. The check in process was so easy and it was nice for the house to be ready when we got there a little early. Would stay here again and again if headed to Seacrest! The only downfall (and it worked out fine) is when i got the confirmation and check in stuff it kept mentioning bikes are locked up and feel free to use them. The policy to provide bikes had changed and we were fine to go rent them, so this slight hiccup was the only thing

Rosemary Beach Did Not Disappoint

Fantastic time for our family. This beach house was clean had a great kitchen and dining areas worked for our family. Sleeping and living areas allowed people to feel like they were home. The Town square of Rosemary was in walking distance and the stores and restaurants were unique. The beach was beautiful. As the title states: Rosemary Beach did not disappoint.

Thanksgiving get away for family

We arrived and felt right at home. Nice accomodations for family and all utincils needed for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Good floor plan and very functional for family of 8. Could have held more. But for older grandchildren and children, space was just fine. Was so nice to be able to communicate with owner. I would stay here again. From Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Best location- book now

This home was in a fabulous location. Short walk to the beach even with infant and beach stuff in tow. The kids loved being directly across from the pool. We walked to the Village shops and restaurants daily. This house was the perfect setup and well stocked for a stress free stay. We had two families with children ranging from 3months-8 years. Very safe and family friendly environment!! I would definitely stay here again.

Did not disappoint!!

This beach home exceeded our expectations. Dont overpack because the house already has plenty of stuff for day to day living. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, basic seasonings ect.. Nice new gas grill. We only used the shuttle one time because the beach walk was so easy. Fantastic location right in between Alys Beach and Rosemary.

Wonderful Home!

Great home in a great location. Couple steps to the pool & short walk to the beach. Tram pick up right across from our house. Home was stocked with garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, spices, soap & cleaning supplies. Plenty of coffe makers, all dishwear is labeled & clean. Bikes provided, chairs & even kid bikes. Overall a great stay. Would absolutely rent this home again. 😊

We choose Seacrest Beach because of the quality of the development, the huge lagoon pool, the tram service, the entertainment and the selection of restaurants and shopping close by. The location and spaciousness of the house was an added bonus!

The house is so convenient to the pool, just to be able to walk across the street is ideal. Not to mention the white sandy beach, which is only a few minutes stroll away.
