Our spacious guest apartment is in a quiet, low-traffic residential Milwaukie neighborhood. Our ground-level apartment is elder-friendly and offers off-street parking, bike storage, wheelchair access, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a pool table. You'll find easy access to downtown Portland, scenic drives, and hiking and biking trails.

Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Guests can relax in a terrific living area with air conditioning and heating to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this apartment provides a cozy retreat after a busy day. We look forward to welcoming you to our guest apartment.

We prioritize your privacy, we are also happy to socialize on the patio or play a friendly game of pool. We primarily host guests with steller reviews on VRBO.

I was born and grew up in the Portland area. My husband and I purchased our Milwaukie home in 2003 and added a 900 sf. apartment to one end where my mother lived until 2025. Since then we fully renovated the apartment to use as a short-term rental. We very much enjoy meeting and hosting guests from all over the world. We work hard to insure that we meet our guest expectations and that they have a 5-star experience.

We chose this property because it is 1/2 acre in a quiet, low-traffic area, with easy access to Portland, freeways, and offers great local shopping, restaurants, and services. We are surrounded by three rivers, the Willamette, Clackamas and Columbia where we are just a minutes away from scenic, historic, and natural areas. Our home is two hours from the Oregon coast, 1 1/2 hours from Mt. Hood, and 1 hour from the entry to the wonderous Columbia River Gorge.

Our property is is a quite community with dedicated off-street parking and fully wheelchair accessible. Our guest apartment offered much more room and amenities that a hotel for a much lower cost.
