Sequoia Oaks Ranch Guesthouse in Three Rivers
The Sequoia Ranch Guest Home, is located 9.8 miles from the Sequoia National Park entrance, and within 2 miles of fun Three Rivers restaurants and amenities. Convenient, yet you will feel worlds away from the City. Nestled in a forest of Blue Oaks, surrounded by hills, acres of working cattle ranches with dark skies and countless bright stars to enjoy. We offer STARLINK for strong WiFi and cell reception at this western California ranch. Come enjoy this beautiful getaway for up to 4 guests.
Romantic for couples but option to bring 2 more guests at additional guests fees. You are surrounded by nature in a forest of Blue Oaks, close to the Sequoia National Park gate entrance. Convenient to Three Rivers amenities, yet completely private. An opportunity to experience a ranch guest house with acres and acres of expansive views, wildlife, in a picture perfect setting.
The guest house is at a distance from the main house to provide full privacy.
The Sequoia Oaks Ranch guest house has been newly furnished and in a style celebrating its western ranch Americana heritage. Experience heavenly nights sleep on new top quality beds. Two bedrooms are beautifully appointed with new bedding emphasizing both style and comfort. Each bedroom has expansive views of the surrounding hills and trees.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, pots, pans, appliances and utensils, so you can step in and prepare small or large family meals with ease and convenience. You have two dining spaces, indoors and out. Also a BBQ grill on your front patio. Just off of the kitchen, for your convenience is an indoor laundry.
The living room is comfortable and cozy. Watch TV (Roku) on a 42" screen or enjoy reading while lounging on a new leather sofa or playing board games on fun faux cowhide chairs.
The outdoor areas are as picturesque as the cover of country living magazine. The guest house is oriented to the big western corral, with the barn red out buildings, haystack shelter and tractor. The sunset colors the sky crimson through a forest of blue oaks and the enormity of dark sky with more stars than you can count will leave you breathless. View it all from the outdoor teak table, or enjoy the night circling the easy to operate fire pit. Enjoy grilling on your BBQ (propane grill & we provide the propane).
Keep your eye out for the rare albino white squirrel that lives on the property!

We cannot assist with an early check-in at this home due to our cleaning and grounds-keep schedule. The home is always ready at 4pm for guest arrival, or anytime afterwards should you be arriving later. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Door code is used for entry - self check in.
We have a drip coffee pot and provide ground coffee & filters.
The BBQ & firepit are operated on propane which we provide.
Please print out your door code, and gate code to bring with you. This insures you will not have unnecessary delays with entry in case you lose cell reception in the hills. We have two cell towers in Three Rivers, AT&T and Verizon. Verizon is a weak signal and AT&T strong. We have WiFi at the property (STARLINK) which you can use for cellular phones. In The National Parks area, we also suggest guests who need voice option, who do not have AT&T, bring prepaid AT&T phones for roadside and medical emergencies.
The horses aren't trained for riding or to be fed by hand. They're nice, but don't have eating etiquette and may bite!

Our Cleaning Protocol :
•All surfaces are washed with soap, water and then thoroughly disinfected.
•Housekeepers wear gloves and masks, and wash hands thoroughly before & after each cleaning.
•Disinfect frequently touches surfaces: light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, faucet handles, and more.
•Wash all linens and towels in hot water, and dry at highest setting. Bleach used for white linens.
•Housekeepers empty vacuum cleaner after each cleaning to prevent cross contamination.
•We provide new wrapped sponges, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, surface spray or wipes for guests.
