The villa features seven spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (200 x 210 cm), luxury linens, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, four upstairs, and an independent guesthouse offers its own private suite with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and sitting area — ideal for family, friends, or staff who desire extra privacy.

At the heart of the home lies a stunning open kitchen, perfectly equipped for culinary gatherings. It includes two large refrigerators (one American-style with ice and water dispenser), two combi-ovens/microwaves, two dishwashers, a wine climate cabinet, and both a Boretti gas BBQ and a Green Egg barbecue for outdoor dining. The adjacent dining area opens directly to the terrace, where every meal comes with a sea breeze and a spectacular view.

Entertainment and comfort are seamlessly woven into the villa’s design. Enjoy movie nights in the TV lounge with Netflix, listen to your favorite music through the Sonos sound system, or work remotely from the dedicated desk area with high-speed WiFi. Whether it’s relaxation or productivity, every moment feels effortless.

The large private pool stretches across the width of the property and is surrounded by comfortable loungers, a shaded palapa, and multiple outdoor dining areas — including one in the inner courtyard. The area is close to Curaçao’s most beautiful beaches, such as Playa Porto Marie, Cas Abao, and Daaibooi.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
