GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have full access to the entire cottage, which is privately located at the rear of the property. Street parking is available along L Street; entry is via the main property or Berkeley Lane (parking not allowed there). Self check-in is provided with a secure keypad and a unique code sent before arrival.

Clean, modern, cozy 2 bedroom. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms and living room each have a separately controlled wall unit for heat/ac so great for temp control. Pulled up next to front door to drop luggage off and parking available close by on the two streets on either side of the short block where house is located. Since it was January the area was quiet but appears it would be a less trafficked street even in the more busy summer season. Small open yard out front (between the front and back house ) has picnic table (right outside your front door ) which would be useful in summer for a little outdoor space (thinking bring tailgating/beach chairs).
