Summerspell is A GREAT Paradise location including free beach supplies, literally just steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of beautiful Miramar Beach on the Gulf of Mexico part of "30A".

This ground floor 1 King bedroom, 2 bunk beds and queen sleeper/sofa unit has a FULL bathroom and fully renovated. It has 2 pocket privacy doors for the Bedroom and Hallway. It is well equipped with 2 hi-def flat screen TV's, Free Hi Speed Wi-Fi. The condo is located directly across from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and snow white sand of Miramar Beach - crosswalk is located in front of the building .

The heated pool in winter and spa are close to your spacious patio. Beach umbrella, cart and chairs are included in storage bin on back patio. Two charcoal BBQ's, FREE parking and on site laundry facilities are on-site. Linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen. This newly renovated unit is located just steps - right across the street (FL crosswalk) - away from the beautiful Emerald Coast waters and gorgeous sugar white sand! You could throw a rock from the property and hit the beach. This complex is very popular with small families and couples. It is located between Destin and San Destin at Miramar Beach, part of "30A". Within easy reach are many excellent restaurants, the ever popular Silver Sands Outlet Mall, several shopping malls, the new Rave Cinema, golf courses, tennis, water sports and entertainment facilities. Just steps away from the Emerald Green Gulf Waters. Believe me, the beach and water here is the BEST I've seen in the area. That's saying a lot!

There is something here for everyone! We hope you will come and vacation here at unit 104 and enjoy our little piece of paradise. All you need bring are beach towels, swimsuits and plenty of sunscreen! Pull up to the complex and unload the family and goods right next to this great first floor unit. There are washers and dryers available on the property for your usage.

This well-kept, completely renovated complex offers palm trees, flowers and beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy. The pool area offers loungers, tables and chairs where you can come and watch the kids play or soak up the rays. Enjoy the sunset on your balcony with your favorite chilled drink as you unwind for the day.

Pompano Joes world famous gulf-front restaurant is located across from this complex. Dining, entertainment, fishing, golfing, bike/scooter rentals and much, much more is all within a short distance of Summerspell.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do, but still peaceful. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the basics, and the building felt safe and well-kept.We also loved the extra amenities like the pool and hot tub. The host was friendly and easy to work with. We had a fantastic time at this property. I have a family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 young teenagers. We're on the small side so the condo was roomy enough for us. It's in great condition and great location. Nice furnishings, top brand appliances, patio with pool entry, good cookware, beach chairs, umbrella, and more included. The bike path is right next to the condo and the beach is a few feet away across the road. There's two restaurants overlooking the beach within a short walk from the condo. The laundry room is a few doors away. The supermarket and stores are nearby.

Wonderful!!

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and very homey! I honestly don’t think it could’ve been any more perfect for my little family!!! We were able to go right out of our patio doors to the pool, which was really great, because there was scattered showers. The beach was literally steps from the front parking lot. The kitchen was stocked. I always cook when we’re on vacation, so that was a big plus!! My daughter wants to come back for our summer vacation, so I’ll definitely book again!

PERFECT LOCATION !

My family and I stayed here from 7/7/2016-7/11/2016. We arrived and the condo was very clean and set up great! The owners were very good with their communication throughout the whole process which made it easy to book and stay here. This condo is perfect for a small family or for two couples. We had 5 people stay here (3 of them being kids) and it was the perfect place to stay so that we could go and enjoy the beach during the day and then the pool at night. It is located in a perfect place - close enough to restaurants and shopping but far enough away from too much tourism. You can literally walk across the street to go the beach and it was nice that Glenn and Peg have beach supplies that you can borrow. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Glenn and Peg - your place is beautiful and very well kept!

Kansas tornado watchers

We came down for my 40th birthday. We almost canceled due to hiricane Ian, but I said heck, we've seen tornadoes how about a hurricane.... I'm so glad we didn't cancel this trip. We were not able to parasail or snuba due to wind and water current but were were able to chase dolphins on a jet ski and see sharks, dolphins, jellyfish as well as a sea turtle that came up for a breath of air!! The best thing we did was rent a golf cart to tour around in so I didn't have to drive my big truck everywhere. The condo was exactly as it was described and will definitely be back in the future!! I loved being in a smaller condo area as opposed to the huge sky rise that you see there! It was quiet even with families with children! Thank you Glen for your great communication with me (as I did lose a key) but took full credit to replace it. Thank you again for my "midlife crisis " vacation -Ryan and Jessica

It rained off and on but we did have about a day and half on the beach. Loved that the pool was right out our back door. Just a short walk to the beach . Condo was perfect for us. We will definitely like to come and stay here again.

Short Stay

Got off to a bit of a rocky start (probably my own misinterpretation), we arrived earlier than check-in so I sent a message asking if we could access the rental early (some properties will allow this if the unit/property has been cleaned). I received a phone call asking me to “check the email for the check-in time” which was very off-putting, though the rest of the stay and my other communications with the property owners were overall great- so no complaints. The condo was clean and comfy with close access to the beach and pool. I believe my only negative feedback is that a few nights we wanted to dip in the pool before bed but there were folks in the pool that were not guests of the property and it was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe all the unit owners could get together and request a lock or something be put on the outside access gate to the pool. Other than that, the stay was great. I would recommend this unit to anyone that wanted a nice, affordable, and comfortable vacation.

The location of this unit is all but 1 min walk to the beach and the neighborhood is very safe! Everything in the rental was exactly as shown and described on the listing. The bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable! I would book this unit again in a heartbeat if I decided to head back to Destin!

Why they chose this property

Great location across the street from the most beautiful beaches around. Very clean and updated. We treat it like our home and spend time there when we can. Summerspell 104 is located on the famous old US 98' SCENIC GULF DRIVE' which is second to none when it comes to white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald green water. Step out your door, walk across the street and you're on the beach. Several excellent restaurants ,Pompano Joe's,Kenny D's and Captain Dave's are within a short walk and situated right on the beach. They serve some of the best seafood you will ever eat and they are great places to spend some time visiting friends and watching the waves roll in. Summerspell is near Destin Commons, and Sliver Sands shopping malls. It is also located near the Big Kahuna water and adventure park, loads of fun for children and adults. Deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, jet sking, Go-Kart tracks, helicopter tours are also available. Take a stroll through HarborWalk Village. HarborWalk village is one of Destin's newest attractions. The village is a 'festive marketplace' with food, boutiques, boat watching, and outdoor entertainment. Destin is also known for it's great golf courses and driving ranges. There are many to choose from , so bring your clubs and spend some time golfing. Summerspell has a laid back beach village feel with palm trees and an ocean breeze. At Summerspell 104 you can sit on your balcony steps from the pool and hot tub enjoying your favorite beverage while watching the waves roll onto the beach and your children playing in the pool..Step out your door and walk, run or bike on the paved path that runs parallel to the beach.
