Great little cottage walking distance to downtown. Host was very responsive to any questions and we really appreciated the homemade cookies, fresh flowers, and lovely front porch. It is on a busy street corner so be prepared for a little street noise but overall a great experience for us and our puppy!

This cozy cottage was the perfect spot for us for a few nights in Bentonville on a larger cross country road trip. The town is adorable and the Crystal Bridges Museum is spectacular. Both a short walk from the property. The property itself had everything you could ask for and more. Comfortable bed and pillows/blackout curtains/ample AC, good shower water pressure, a cute little porch with a fenced yard to have a glass of wine and a well appointed kitchen with more than its fair share of amenities like a coffee/tea station, cooking starters and condiments and the host left us a little gift bag of snacks and fresh fruit and flower arrangements around the house. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The host was excellent, communicative and kind. Having the garage open right to the street so we could easily pack and unpack our car was a life saver after a long day on the road (would also be a great place to store bikes - which is apparently very popular in the area!)
