My wife and I have been coming to HHI off and on for over 30 years. This was the first time without kids etc. and wanted to have a place on the beach which we had never done. We could not have been more pleased. Check in probably took 30 seconds at best. Walked in and handed our envelope immediately. Excellent location (can walk to Sea Pines Beach Club either on the road or via the beach). House was huge and in excellent shape. We both love to cook and the house had everything you need to cook anything you like if that's your thing. I only needed to call maintenance once and it was my fault unfortunately (I had never seen a timing regulation on the gas line to a grill and never knew to turn the timer on). Quick call back to explain things and all was good. Took our beach chairs (and wine) to the beach each night to watch the waves or stars. Simply beautiful. If you like the beach, Sea Pines, and a great house this is your place!
