The neighborhood is very lively and completely walkable, Everything you want and need is close by. Take a bike ride down the boardwalk. Go for a surf or swim in the ocean. Lay out on the beach. Join a pick up game of beach volleyball. Rent a duffy boat and cruise around the bay. Walk to dinner or for sunset cocktails, Take the kids to the balboa fun zone or take the ferry to balboa island to walk the main street. There is something for everyone is this neighborhood.
