Lakehaus Saratoga offers a fresh, modern, lake-inspired feel with an open main living area designed for comfort and connection. The living room features a large oversized sofa perfect for relaxing, along with a 50” Roku Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

The dining area comfortably seats up to six guests, and a breakfast bar opens seamlessly into the kitchen—making it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for both short and extended stays, with modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for everyday cooking.

A dedicated coffee bar makes mornings easy and enjoyable and includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with initial coffee and tea essentials to get you started, including K-cups, ground coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea.

Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen is stocked to support a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Sleeping Arrangements

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with a flexible layout:

Primary bedroom (main level): Queen bed and 40” TV with Roku streaming stick



Second bedroom (main level): Full bed and 32” Roku TV



Loft-style third bedroom (upper level): Two full beds



Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.

The home includes a full bathroom designed for comfort and convenience, featuring a shower/tub combination, plush towels, and complimentary essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, lotion, and a hair dryer—everything you need to settle in with ease.

The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, along with an additional portable AC unit in the loft for added comfort during warmer months.

Important Notes

Please note that while the home is located just minutes from the water, it is not a lakefront property and does not include private dock access. Excellent public lake access, including a beach, boat launch, and public docks, is conveniently located nearby at Brown’s Beach.
