We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful coastal living and easy access to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Laguna Beach has a relaxed, local feel — quieter, less crowded, and more family-friendly than the main tourist strip, yet just minutes from great restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions.
What we love most is how close everything is. You’re just a short walk to the beach (about 500 feet), for easy access, and a quick drive to local favorites like Carousel Supermarket, Thomas Donuts, and Pier Park. It’s the kind of area where you can park the car, slow down, and truly enjoy the beach lifestyle.
