We loved our stay here! The kids loved the pool and the fact that the beach was literally a 5 minute walk!! The condo is new and up to date. Each room has its own balcony. We would definitely stay here next time!

Three nights visit with friends

Host was very friendly and helpful over phone and text. The place was very clean, rooms were nice and confortable. Very convenient being close to the security office, pools and dumpster. Addition to it, three bicycles were available for use.

first time at panama city beach

The condo was great. 1st floor had the laundry room, kitchen, half bath, dining area, living room, and back porch. the 2nd floor had the 2 bedrooms both with a bathroom a piece. also both upper bedrooms had its own balcony. the house was very clean and very stocked with everything needed. hair dryer, beach towels, and all the cookware needed to cook dinner inside. the car port was big enough for our SUV. The condo was right across from the office and pool. also the putt putt course. the 3 pools are huge. the walk from our room to the beach is about 10-15mins. so not too far to just walk. i would recommend this place to stay at. the owner was extremely responsive.

Great place for my family of 4. There was not a pull out couch, but they did have an air mattress if needed. There were some times water in showers did not get hot, but wasn’t enough to be bothersome. Overall a great place to stay, kids enjoyed beach and community pool.

Thanks for the great review Andraya. The couch downstairs folds out to a size bigger than a queen. I wish you would have told me about the hot water, I've never had an issue and I also stay there pretty regular. I will check this out though, thanks for the input.

Awesome

Everything was great at the rental and the area. Jason was a great host and answered all questions. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board and we mentioned it to Jason. I would definitely rent again and suggest to others to rent as well.
