A 40 inch smart tv and electric fireplace with heater compliments the 2 comfortable swivel recliners and a cozy sofa bed. The bedroom has a 60 x 80 queen bed, large closet, loads of storage and a stack washer dryer for small loads. Our community has laundry machines for larger loads. The bathroom features a large shower, storage and hair dryer. Central AC and propane heat keeps your space enjoyable.
Outside enjoy the beautifully landscaped private patio with picnic table and Weber Q grill. Lockable Rubbermaid storage unit to store your bikes.
Explore the community on your bike or golf cart. Beach parking available at the community entrance and at the large HEATED pool. Tennis courts, bocce ball, community center, recreation room with pool table, fish cleaning station, lending library in post office and dog park add to this charming retreat.
