About Harry Redfearn
Our family grew up on the Crystal Coast and after living in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, Emerald Isle and Swansboro we found Olde Towne Yacht Club in Beaufort and fell in love. It's simply a very special place with the best views we have ever seen. Our primary residence is now in Asheville NC so this condo serves as our seasonal second home away from home.
Harry Redfearn purchased this Condo in 2007
Why Harry Redfearn chose Morehead City

Nice and clean place to stay
Thank you Harry for a memorable visit with my parents. Even though our trip was cut short we enjoyed staying in your condo despite the noise from the workers outside. Which is understandable and needed for upkeep of the building. The mesh was in the way for pictures of the islands but you can still at least see through it. My Dad enjoyed looking out with his binoculars every morning and evening. That is what my trip was all about making some time with my parents and some great memories. Thank you for that and for all you did to make our stay a good one
Awesome place, just not during restoration!
We love this place. Our two weeks were marred by the restoration going on...but we understand that property has to be taken care of! Unfortunately dust and noise during the work weekdays was a bit much...and the closest elevator was out of commission because of the work. Got a little tired of 4 flights of stairs. BUT we will come back because we know what this place is like WHEN there is no work being done....AND WE LOVE IT!
The View is Amazing
We love the view, it is amazing. You can't find many places where you can stay with the whole family. This makes 2 years we have spent Christmas here. If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, it is here.
270 Degree View of the Crystal Coast........
Wife and I were "homeless", not really as we had sold our home late November but couldn't close on our new home until 3rd week of December so having stayed in the area many times we decided a condo on the waterfront for a Christmas present until we coi,d move to new home.
For December it was a treat. Everything you would need commercially was nearby between Beaufort and Morehead City. The condo very well equipped with TVs in all 4ooms except one. Could decide to stay in or go out for meals but we decided to cook most of our meals in house. Sitting on the wrap around deck each morning watching the commercial boats go out in the dark was also a treat. Sitting on the deck at night with a glass of wine or two was a great close to the day. We had one small glitch while there but the owner was a great communicator and had the problem fixed Saturday morning. Granted the weather was great for December but I wouldn't hesitate to rent the condo again in any time of the year. Overall 5 stars for location, cleanliness, comfort, cost, views. Thank you again Harry. Joe & Alison L.
December stay was fantastic
Everything about the stay was great. Here are some of the highlights:
The bed in the master suite - most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, and a ceiling fan above it that will almost blow you away if you want it to, which I did!
The pet policy - my two labs had a great time, from watching the action from the deck to running on the beach next door. The outdoor pet area was large and included a bagging station. You'd never know pets are allowed in the condo though because it was spotless and in great shape.
The view - no kidding, the best view we've ever experienced. We had a front row seat to the Christmas flotilla.
The people - when our connectivity was very slow for a few hours Harry got right on it with the property manager. Also, the people staying at Old Town Yacht Club were so nice - we got invited to an oyster roast the first night.
I could go on and on. We hope to return soon!
One of the best veiws on the east coast
