The Space

Our home is designed with an "outdoor-in" philosophy, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass walls that invite the landscape inside.

Living & Dining (The Breezeway): Designed for total relaxation, the open-concept living area captures the constant, gentle lake breezes that flow through the house. This natural ventilation keeps the space perfectly cool and airy, creating a soothing "indoor-outdoor" rhythm. Whether you’re sharing a meal at the dining table or curling up on the sofa, the soft movement of the air and the sound of rustling leaves create an immediate sense of calm.

The Terrace: Step through the sliding doors onto the expansive deck. It’s the best seat in the house for watching the clouds dance over the water while feeling that refreshing Arenal breeze.

Modern Kitchen: A sleek, minimalist chef’s space equipped with everything you need to whip up a tropical feast, all while keeping the lake in your line of sight.
