Family-friendly 3BR/2BA just 15 min from Disney in a safe tourist area! Short drive to plazas, restaurants, gift shops & grocery stores. Enjoy a large living room, patio with tennis court view, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include king, queen, 2 twins + convertible sofa bed in the living room. Resort amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, playground & tennis court. 1 parking spot included (guest spaces available with pass). Professionally managed by local hosts!
No smoking of any kind inside the property. (Smoking outside only.)
No parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Please respect the neighbors and common areas.
Remove shoes inside if possible to help keep the home clean.
No pets unless approved before booking.
If anything breaks or is not working, please let us know right away.
