The single-storey Casa Villabella is nestled in a quiet spot in Cala Pi not far from one of the most attractive natural beaches in Majorca and offers space for 4 people. The air-conditioned vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The facilities of this typical Majorcan holiday home include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request), a satellite TV with DVD-Player and a parking area. The spacious and partially-covered terrace with its 36-m² pool, garden furniture and barbecue is an inviting place to spend a relaxing holiday. A supermarket is 2,5 km away and bigger supermarkets are within 20 km. Restaurants, bars and small shops, as well as the beautiful natural beach Cala Pi are just a few minutes away by car.

Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus

Pros: Es fehlte uns an nichts. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Cons: Die Matratzen könnten nochmal erneuert werden. Das Haus liegt wirklich weit ab vom Schuss. Nur mit Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Richtige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 30 min entfernt.

Ein tolles Anwesen mit einer wirklich sehr guten Ausstattung.

Pros: Das Haus war noch besser als in den Bildern beschrieben, da das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer neu gestaltet wurden. Auf einer Scala von 1 - 10 würde ich dem Haus eine glatte 11 geben. Cons: Keine Mängel!!

Gut ausgestattetes Haus mit toller Außenanlage

Pros: Es war alles da was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist toll und es gibt viel Platz draußen, das komplette Gelände ist eingezäunt und mit hohen Oleandern bestückt und somit nicht einsehbar. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig.

Ein noch gutes Haus mit einigen Mängel

Pros: Ein noch sehr schönes Haus. Sehr schöner Pool, schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Sehr gut ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Backofen und Mikrowelle. Klimaanlage funktioniert super. Ruhige Lage, Bauarbeiten ums Haus sind weitgehendst abgeschlossen und stören daher nicht mehr. Viele Liegen am Pool und eine Außendusche ist vorhanden. Wohnzimmer und Elternschlafzimmer TV mit SAT Deutsch (RTL, SAT1 usw.). Auch sehr schön sind Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Spülmaschine, dies ist alles top und super modern. Cons: Leider kann ich nicht alles schreiben, da nur 1000 Zeichen: Was uns aber dann passierte, ist schlimmste gewesen. Man hat uns ausgeraupt, und zwar alle Gegenstände die nicht mit einer PIN geschützt ist, oder GPS geordnet werden können. Meine Uhr und mein Handy (beides Samsung noch da, da man diese Orden kann), aber Switch meiner Tochter, Boombox und Bargeld Schaden ca 1000€. Es gab keine Einbruchspuren, es ist also jemand mit Schlüssel im Haus gewesen. Dies ist erschreckendste. Jemand wo einen Schlüssel hat. Und vieles am Haus geht Kaputt und wird nicht mehr repariert (Tische draußen, Tor an Einfahrt, Tresor, alles was andere schon vor 6 Monate bemängelt haben.)

Ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Pros: Insgesamt eine wirklich sehr schöne Finca, wo es einem eigentlich an nichts fehlt. Der Pool ist super, die Ausstattung ist insgesamt auch sehr gut. Cons: Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe! Die Lounge könnte etwas besser gepolstert sein. Leider ist die Finca fern ab von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder sonstigen Aktivitäten. Ein Mietwagen ist quasi Pflicht.
