BRING YOUR BOAT!!! Beautiful waterfront house right near the Hathaway Bridge. There is a two slip private dock 20ft right out back. One is lifted for ‘46. Gulf Trip from your back door!

Great place to bring your boat to stay for fishing, islanding, restaurants, shopping at Pier Park or the best relaxing time with family and even small dogs!

Also ask for private car, boat rentals or fishing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 4:30 AM
No smoking inside the house, on the back patio is ok, but please throw your butts in the trash $1000 fine if smoked inside
All animal feces must be picked up and disposed of or a $250 fine

This was a perfect little getaway for our family. We brought our boat and very much enjoyed the ocean and the bay. When a tropical storm kept us inside a couple of days, we enjoyed family time and games on the front porch. We’d definitely stay here again!

The place is cute and in a nice location on the water. They had an issue with the refrigerator that smelled pretty bad of fish. We tried to get the smell out, but nothing would really touch it. They apologized about it and said they were working on it. They only gave two small rolls of toilet paper and two garbage bags for 5 days so I would have liked to have access to more of those things or know that I would have to restock if needed but overall, the property was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. She responded right away if I needed anything.

We actually paid our housekeeper $100 to come out and treat the issue, and tried to reach out to you to tell you what to do to help with the process however you did not respond.
