Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the hot tub cover is on and clipped when not in use.
Please turn off all lights and TVs.
Please lock the door by holding the top button (with three lines) for at least two seconds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Pets must be added to the reservation before arrival. Unregistered pets will result in a $75 pet fee requested through VRBO.
-No parties or gatherings allowed. -No smoking/vaping inside the cabin.
-Unauthorized guests will incur a $130 fee per person, per night. May result in immediate cancellation with no refund and removal from the property.

If you’re looking for a cozy mountain escape, relaxing, inviting then this is ThePlace. There is much to do in the area, but it’s always nice to return to this mountain retreat.
