This apartment is great, comfortable and well furnished. Maria is a great host and helped us with everything we needed timely. The location is excellent. One can see the Vatican lines from the window, bus stops in front of the door, metro, good restaurants, some attractions within walking distance. The only minor thing would be the lack of an elevator but otherwise everything was excellent.

PERFECT location! Walkable to several major sites and the metro gets you everywhere else. A/C was perfect for the hot days. Hosts were very communicative and kind, even set up our taxis. I will stay nowhere else when we come back next year!

The apartment was spacious, well air conditioned, comfortable, and in a nice location. It was located in a cool old building. We were close to the metro station. The host was helpful with activity suggestions and arranging transportation to the airport.

Excellent place and location

Stayed over Eater weekend and it was an excellent location and wonderful apartment. Only small issue with getting into property but was resolved quickly.

Clean and Comfortable

The apartments was very clean and as advertised. Neighborhood is great. I felt very safe walking around. Many good restaurants in minutes walk.

Fabtastic host

This was our first trip to Rome, Maria was super helpful and accommodating. Excellent location for walking to all the sites. Apartment is very clean and had plenty of room for our family.

Wonderful Apartment

We had a multigenerational group and had a great time in the apartment. The patio was excellent, rooms are comfortable, and the location makes it easy to explore Rome. The host was exceptionally helpful with setting up our transports. We would stay there again.

The Vatican Penhouse with Terrace was ideal for walking to visit St. Peter's Basilica,Museum and the Sistene Chapel. The accommodation was perfect for three couples and the terrance was a bonus to have. It did say it's on the third floor, and had 80 stairs to climb. We would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

Venice With A View

Maria was an excellent hostess who went above and beyond to find me a dentist during my stay. Although it is up 4 flights of stairs, the view and the terrace are incredible.

Great Apartment

We loved our stay. Fantastic location, clean and very comfortable and lots of amenities. Lots of bars and restaurants very close. And you can see the top of St Peters Dome. The host Maria was so helpful and even booked transport for us. Highly recommended. We hope to come back.

Great location

Great apartment and Maria and her daughter were extremely accommodating. Rome was extremely hot in August but the air conditioning in the home was great so it didn't bother us at night. Walking distance to the Vatican with a number of good restaurants near by as well as a large taxi stand close by. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Maria was amazing and so accommodating! When our flight was canceled she offered to move our days for us with no additional costs. Maria also allowed us a late check out, since she didn’t have anyone staying the day we left. The place was roomy and not the typical compact layout like most places in Rome, along with plenty of restrooms. The location was perfect and everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance or available through the metro, which was a few blocks away. We want to go back in the next few years and plan to rent Maria’s beautiful home again. Thank you for everything Maria, you’re the best!
