Phoenix East 401: Luxury Beachfront 3 bed/2 bath condo sleeps 10 and is directly on the beach with resort indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, racquetball, basketball courts, beach volleyball, and fitness center.

We’re here to help throughout your stay! Feel free to reach out through messaging, text, or phone if you need anything.

Phoenix East is located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, known for its white-sand beaches and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Orange Beach offers the perfect mix of beach relaxation, outdoor adventure, and waterfront dining.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.
You’ll also have access to the Phoenix East resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and sports courts.
Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the building’s front desk upon arrival. The current fee is $65 per vehicle per stay (set by the HOA and subject to change).

Bike rentals are also available nearby and provide access to the scenic Gulf State Park trail system.

The condo is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each stay. All linens and bedding are freshly cleaned to ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.

• This is a non-smoking unit
• Pets are not permitted (service animals allowed per ADA guidelines)
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book

If you’re looking for a great place to stay with the family, this place is it! It has it all! The view from the balcony, everything you need to make a quick breakfast or big dinner for your family! The games, the room, the linens…this place did not disappoint! We were comfortable and had a blast! We placed a quick grocery order from Walmart and it was delivered right to the door! We ordered pizza one night and it has a breeze! I highly recommend this place as Stephanie was a fantastic host!

We’ve thoughtfully renovated the entire space to make it feel both comfortable and luxurious — a place that feels special, yet completely livable.

If I’m being honest… I’m moderately high-maintenance. 😌 And when we were looking in Orange Beach, Phoenix East simply checked every box.

Here’s why this specific unit made sense for us:

1. True, Direct Gulf Front
Not side view. Not angled. Not “peek-a-boo.”
A full, direct beachfront balcony where you hear the waves and see nothing but water. That view alone changes your entire stay.
