Would have been helpful if the web page stated that Ostbach is the area where the house is located and that there are no street names. In addition, that the houses are just randomly located. Due to this the house was very hard to find. The balcony overlooks the backyards of other houses where children play, therefore it was never very quiet outside. The inside was nice and clean. Hiking was great in the area.

Very Nice!

While traveling from Bregenz to Vienna, we were looking for a place to stay in the countryside to break up the driving. This area is known for winter sports mainly (cross-country skiing), but in October when we visited we weren't expecting too much. However, the weather turned out to be really nice and there are many great hiking trails in the area (all well signposted). The mountains that form the nearby border with Germany are dramatic and beautiful. This particular flat is immaculate and has everything a couple needs for a pleasant stay. Kitchen is efficiently laid out and has all the pots/pans/dishes you'd need for self-catering. The balcony has a nice afternoon view of a forested hill, and is a good place for a glass of beer or wine after a long day hiking. The owner is very friendly and we had no issues communicating with her. In short, our expectations were exceeded (by both Leutasch and by this flat) and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We'd happily return in the future.

Umgebung und Lokalitäten

Die Lage an für sich ist recht ansprechend. Wenn man allerdings einen Hund wie wir dabei hat, muss man erst 1 km laufen, um den Hund laufen lassen zu können. Wir haben dann die Klamm entdeckt, sehr schön, aber für jeden Tag dann doch langweilig. Lokalitäten sind eher beschränkt. Die meisten Hotels, die ein Restaurant führen, bewirten nur Hausgäste. Als Selbstverpfleger benötigt man ein Auto, da der nächste Sparmarkt (auch ca. 1 km entfernt) wirklich nur das notdürftigste führt. Empfehlenswert ist eine Fahrt nach Seefeld zur Rosshütte.

Ganz ausgezeichnet

Der Aufenthalt in der Pension Edi war alles in allem ganz ausgezeichnet. Frau Leismüller ist eine ganz tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, welche uns herzlich willkommen geheißen hat und mindestens genauso herzlich verabschiedet hat. Hilfreiche Tips zur Freizeitgestaltung konnte sie auch jederzeit liefern. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und war total gemütlich, sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.
