The Space:

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Blender, coffee maker, cutlery, toaster, oven, pots and pans, hair dryer, mugs, glasses, and much more. Large refrigerator, 4-burner stovetop and microwave. 42+ inch Smart TV in each room and high-speed internet.



To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit including toilet paper, trash bag, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished, and guests are encouraged to purchase them locally if needed.

We provide salt, oil, and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 PM.



For your convenience, linens and towels can be changed for an additional fee (the same applies to full housekeeping). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. Simply notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.



We want to provide all our guests with quality bed linens and towels, so please take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra charges.

Parking is subject to availability upon arrival; you must confirm availability with the reception staff. There's an elevator in the facilities.

Travel cot available: advance request required



We offer travel cots for $15 USD per stay, including mattress, sheets, and blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested prior to arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after making your request. Contact us in advance to secure a cot for your little one.

For bookings longer than 7 days, a mandatory change of linens and towels is required every week at an additional cost.



From April 20th to 23rd, improvement work will be carried out on the rooftop (rest area near the gym), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some minor noise disturbances may occur initially.





***Important! From February 9th to 11th (3 days), maintenance work will be carried out in the building, specifically the replacement of flooring between Tower A and Tower B.

During these days:

- Noise may be present during the day, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

- Access to Tower B will be via the parking garage, if necessary.

- The area between the two towers will reopen on February 17th or 18th (it is a passageway only).

- All other services (pool, gym, etc.) will not be affected.



This apartment is located in Tower A.
