Getting Around:
The condo is about a 1 hour drive from Cancun’s International Airport. We’re happy to arrange private transportation for you! If you are driving, always check the drive times on your mobile map app as they very based on the time of day.

Once you arrive, you can walk to everything you want to do in town. You can also rent a bike, and there’s a nice bike path along 10th Avenue.

Taxis are plentiful, and there are two ADO bus stations in Playa, with buses departing to Yucatan Peninsula destinations and other Mexican states. One is on 5th Avenue at Benito Juarez Avenue and the other is 20 Ave. Norte at 12 Street.

In the event you're driving around town, please note there are PARKING METERS IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN! The meters are in operation. There is one digital park meter per street, so you have to look for it. After you pay, display your parking ticket in the dashboard of your car. Parking meter hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 10 am to 10 pm for a max of 6 hours.

There are also four main PARKING GARAGES in downtown Playa Del Carmen:
- Under Quinta Alegría Mall. The entrance is on Constituyentes Avenue between 10th Avenue and 5th Avenue.
- Tendenza Parking is on 10th Avenue between 14th Street and 14 Bis Street
- Plaza Pelícanos - 10th Avenue between 8th and 10th Street
- 34th Street and 10th Avenue. 24hr car park (not underground)

Other Things to Note:
Even though it's not the norm, you might experience sporadic noise from renovations in nearby condos.

Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.

There is a penalty fee of $12 USD per lost bracelet or not returned to reception.

Electricity is included in your stay. Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely. Make sure to turn off all fans, lights and AC's when you are not in the property and remember to keep doors and windows closed when the AC is operating to avoid condensation.

We are happy to assist you with other services such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, and more. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to check in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please use the safe inside condo for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food or coolers are not allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
