Watch a movie while the kids enjoy Mario, or sit around a cozy lit fire outback until it's time to unwind in one of our king beds. It's totally up to you...

Additional bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort, perfect for family or friends.

Note: all mattresses, pillows, and duvets are new and fully wrapped in hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, bed bug proof covering. Sorry, we’re a bit OCD!

Game Room: Enjoy your downtime with a Nintendo Switch, full array of board games, and plenty of space for fun.

Note: Futon easily folds out into a full-size bed; pillows and bed linen in the closet!

Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a seaside feast.

Relax & Recharge: A selection of books offers quiet moments on our large sectional (blankets included) after a day on the beach.

It is centrally located in Hampton Roads; get your thrills at Busch Gardens Williamsburg, splash at Water Country USA, try your luck at Rivers Casino in Portsmouth, or chill and shop at Norfolk Premium Outlets, there’s so much to do so close by.

When you are home, the beach is across the street, shops and restaurants within walking distance, or peace and quiet in the backyard. My wife and I love walking under the Ocean View pier, messing with the seagulls, or just take a moment and soak in the ocean blue…
