About Amy Rothberg
Hi ... I'm Amy and love sharing my home and neighborhood with my guests. I live only 3 miles away so am always available to offer help or advice. Originally from NYC (yes, you can tell from my accent), I came to DC for graduate school and just stayed. I have a technology background and spent my life going around the world designing data networks. I like to travel visiting the friends I've met through work but what I really love to do is come home to DC. It's truly a great town and I would love to share it with you.
Amy Rothberg purchased this House in 2007

Great House in a fantastic location!
Perfect house and location for our family's visit to Washington!
Amy was very helpful and easy to get in touch with for our questions.
The neighborhood is beautiful. The house/kitchen had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The playground across the street was perfect for our 2 daughters. Easy walking distance to Georgetown restaurants/shopping. We used Lyft to get to DC attractions which worked very well. Hope to return sometime in the future.
Location in Georgetown adjacent to the park was perfect! Would love to come back in the summer when we could use the courtyard more.
Amy was great to work with.
Historic Comfort in Georgetown
We definitely enjoyed our stay in this comfortable beautifully appointed home in historic Georgetown. Well located within a close walk to shops and transportation we rarely used our car during the week’s stay. Enjoyed our time just walking the neighborhood, adjacent Rose Park and taking in all of the historic city living. Would highly recommend a stay in this elegant home.
Excellent experience, as always.
We have been staying at this house in Georgetown for several years. It suits our family especially well because we have small grandchildren and Rose Park is right across the street. This is a wonderful place for little children, dogs and tennis players. We also like the location with the ability to walk into Georgetown restaurants and shopping ,as well as, an easy walk to both Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom Metro stations. Amy goes out of her way to make her house comfortable . The furnishings are attractive and very functional. The kitchen is exceptionally well provided with cooking equipment and the appliances are top of the line. Great for anyone who would like to cook. Amy is always available and very responsive to any detail or need.
THE BEST THUMBS UP!!!
Great Georgetown Getaway
This is a beautifully decorated very old home. The location is incredible - on a park and grocery stores are less than a mile away. Main streets in Georgetown (shopping and restaurants) are walking distance. Very nice neighborhood! The house has a lot of stairs (3 floors in total) but the layout works well for families or two couples. The kitchen is small but very functional and we lingered for long conversations in the dining room. The living room is very spacious. TV and wifi worked great. The courtyard is lovely but sadly it was too cold for us to use. We had a couple of appliance issues that I know Amy has already fixed. Amy was very responsive whenever we had a question. We stay in DC frequently and hope to stay here again.
