About Buzz Park
My husband and I were born and raised in the southwest. Buzz in fact was Born right up the road from our casita in Los Alamos! We currently live in a Mexican Hacienda 30 miles north of San Antonio Texas.
Buzz Park purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Buzz Park chose Santa Fe County
Santa Fe has been our most favorite place to visit and have dreamed of owning a home there for more than 40 years. Our dream has become a reality! We love this place.
What makes this Condo unique
Casa Parque has recently been updated to include radiant floor heating in both baths. You never have to step onto cold tile which adds to the comfort and coziness of our casita. We love all the windows in the living room and master bedroom - the views are amazing. There are also numerous skylights providing lots of natural light. The kitchen is fantastic and overlooks the living area so you never feel separated from any activities while you're preparing meals.

My family and I enjoyed stay at y’alls home. We really love the atmosphere ,and the fact the we could walk out and smell the fresh mountain air was priceless. On the days we came back from a long day hiking in the forest we enjoyed laying around playing board games with our children. Our children enjoyed the home as well if was very heartwarming and cozy. We will for sure plan on coming back. Thank y’all again.
Thank you for the kind words...we’d love to have you back.
Wonderful condo with all needed amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!
My family and I spent New Years weekend here and had a great relaxing time.
Perfect family getaway
Hats off to Buzz and Karen for creating such a nice environment for us to spend our Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that could have been better was if the weather had been a little cooler--because it was so warm we did not get a chance to enjoy the fireplaces. Well decorated and furnished. Comfortable beds and pillows. My only "nit" would be the towels in the master bath need to be updated, however, certainly nothing that took away from what is a great overall place to stay.
Beautiful Condo in the foothills
Fantastic renovations to this condo near Tesuque. Both bathrooms were uniquely redone with superb results. The kitchen was totally awesome with it's remake and skylights were everywhere. Completely enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return as soon as possible.
Thank you for your kind words. Look forward to your return.
Buzz & Karen Park
Great as usual!
This was our third time staying here and it continues to be just fantastic! Buzz and Karen have done such a great job with this property. Always clean, well decorated and has all the amenities you need to just settle in and enjoy Santa Fe and northern New Mexico.
Highly, highly recommend this property to anyone.
Thank you for the kind words. It’s been a special place for us and we want to make it special for those that visit.
We look forward to your next visit.
Overall, great place in wonderful location
We really enjoyed out stay. Charming, comfortable condo with a gorgeous kitchen and everything you'd need. The patio has wonderful mountain views, and the location just outside Santa Fe was great. Having a pool is a definite plus and not easy to find around Santa Fe. Two minor notes: the internet is slow (but I think this is an issue in the entire complex, not just this condo). And one of the two bathrooms has a whirlpool tub which is great, but using the shower in that bathroom is actually a bit of a hassle, enough so that our group of three tended to all shower in the other bathroom. Not the biggest deal, but might be with a larger group. But these minor issues were definitely outweighed by the positives.
Good news...faster internet has finally come to Pueblo Encantado and was installed Aug. 8th.
The problem of the shower design we inherited from the former owner has been minimized with the placement of "dams"at the tub edge to keep water inside shower. These are placed by housekeeping before the arrival of each guest.
Casa Tesuque is located just 10 minutes from the historic Santa Fe plaza. Shops, galleries and museums abound in the downtown area. Some fun things to do: Have tapas (call it dinner) at El Farol (upscale restaurant). Go in the evening when they have flaminco dancers. Say hello to Russell Crowe. You will almost always see “Hollywood” here. Go to Casa Sena for dinner and enjoy the singing waiters AND super food. Walk through Canyon Road and visit amazing art galleries. Go shopping at the Tesuque Flea Market and/or Jackalope (Especially Jackalope.) Go to the Georgia O'Keefe museum and eat at her cafe next door. Take the 'tourist tram' to get an overview of the city and awesome architecture. Go to the Plaza and people watch, smile and talk and visit the Five and Dime store. You will not believe the fun stuff (inexpensive) located here. Walk the ski area. Drive up to Bandelier and check out the Indian ruins. Enjoy the hiking as well as the sights! Continue from Bandelier up to Los Alamos to visit site of nuclear bomb building. (Be sure while in downtown Santa Fe to have a picture in front of door #109 on Palace Ave. The story is that as Los Alamos became the center to build or plan an atomic bomb, the special scientists went in door 109 on the plaza and went out the back. The Indians were spooked as they never saw anyone leave!) You can see 109 on the plaza and have your picture taken in front of the door. The children born at Los Alamos before 1947 have birth certificates with a SANTA FE post office box listed as the address of birth! Spend a whole day at Los Alamos. The videos, the ambience…. It is worth the day!
