The property was very clean with a few minor repair issues. It sits next to a charming stream. It was a good value. We had to park our full size van a block away from the front of the condo because there was little room due to adjacent condos and their guests.
We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by all the thoughtful details. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Some of the things we especially loved:The super comfortable mattress and great night’s sleep,Falling asleep to the sound of Trail Creek at night,Fast WiFi, which made it easy to stay connected,The great water pressure in the shower,Little details like the lovely hand soap, a bottle of wine waiting for us, and a charger bank in the bedside table.Everything was well organized with clear instructions, and we never found ourselves looking for anything -nothing was missing. It’s obvious the host has thought carefully about the guest experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

You guys are so sweet, almost made me cry. Thank you for being our guest and please come again!!!
Our experience was host and property was great. The only issue we had was the heat. The unit had no AC, which we knew and we have found very common when renting in various mountain towns. On this particular weekend, it was abnormally hot in Ketchum. The rooms had fans, and that helped, but they didn't really cool down until late into the night.

Good to know! The place is new to us and we’ve wondered this. Other folks in the community have said that those random super hot spells can be a bit warm. Thanks for bearing through it. That on top of the 60k you ran had to be tough. Hat off to you!
This gem of a spot made for a convenient yet tranquil respite for us during the Sun Valley Writer's Conference. Coffee each morning on the deck was amazing. The gurgle of the creek and birdsong were sublime.
