The space
Seabreeze is a newly remodeled, privately owned beachfront condo in Maravilla Condominiums—one of Galveston’s most established, resort-style communities on the Seawall.

Inside, you’ll find a clean, modern coastal design with quality finishes and comfortable furnishings that work equally well for weekend getaways or extended stays.

Unwind in the living room with a 75-inch smart TV—perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step onto the spacious private balcony for beautiful Gulf views, plus a scenic lake view to the north. The balcony faces away from the busy main pool area and direct Seawall traffic, giving you a calmer place for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

Guests enjoy Maravilla’s top-tier amenities: multiple resort pools (including a heated pool), hot tubs, a fitness room, BBQ grills, and lush, gated grounds. The resort is also pet-friendly, with a gated dog park and wash area plus additional pet areas throughout the property.

You’re close to Babe’s Beach, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Galveston’s best attractions. Family fun is next door at Galveston Go Karts, mini golf is a short walk away, and Jimmy’s on the Pier Seafood & Espresso Bar is nearby—great for a casual meal, a drink, or a quick coffee run.

Unlike many Maravilla units, this condo is owner-managed, which means higher standards, better consistency, and more responsive communication. We occasionally can accommodate reasonable requests—just ask. We have a full guidebook with suggestions for the restaurants and attractions. We strive for a exciting and enjoyable stay as you explore all that Galveston has to offer.

Policies:

We rent to adults 25+, couples, and families.

Pets are welcome with a $150 pet cleaning fee per stay (no exceptions).

Guests must register all pets and vehicles at the front office upon arrival.

Guest access
Seabreeze is located in Maravilla Condominiums. Guests will have access the entire condo.
Access to three pools, one of which is heated in cooler months, Multiple hot tubs, lush landscaped grounds with pic-nic tables and grills and a fitness room.

Other things to note
Construction is currently underway at Maravilla; however, it is in the front of the complex and should not interfere with your stay.

Booking Requirements
Primary guest must be 25+ to book.

Security & Privacy
A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. This is the only camera on the property.

Parking
Parking passes are required for all vehicles.

We provide 1 parking pass for the duration of your stay.

Additional passes are available at the front desk for $10/day per vehicle.



Smoking
No smoking inside the condo or on the balcony.
A $500 extra cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is violated.


Pets
Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet cleaning fee per stay.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.



Hurricane Season (June 1–November 30)
If traveling during hurricane season, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (through VRBO or a third-party provider) that includes natural disaster coverage. While hurricanes rarely impact Galveston, they can affect travel plans. Refunds for weather-related delays are not provided unless there is an official evacuation order in the vicinity of the property. Travel insurance can protect you from disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations.
