Welcome to our piece of paradise - Villa Sundown in Cape Coral, Florida. If you are looking for the perfect Florida vacation in a very well equipped and stylishly renovated villa in a prime location with direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico, then you have found it!
Good news for all sunset lovers. Due to the western location, you have the opportunity to experience the magical Florida sunsets while you relax on the spacious terrace in tropical surroundings or swim in the oversized heated pool.

The villa has 1964 sqft and is embedded in a beautiful palm garden and has its own boat dock. The canal leads them into the Gulf of Mexico.

Far away from the noise you live here in the popular south-west (SW) of Cape Coral, which is characterized by its quiet and safe location.

In this exclusive holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail, you can enjoy the most beautiful hours of your vacation.

Our house is designed for the stay of 6 holiday guests. Crockery, bedding and towels are available in sufficient numbers (more than sleeping accommodations).

The electrically extendable leather relax couch ensures absolute deep relaxation.

The Genesis model is available from Weber for your BBQ.

Some improvements were made to the house, but these are not yet visible in the photos. A panorama screen with 3 large fields of view towards the canal was installed and the driveway was paved.


Property management on site:
Our German and English speaking property management team welcomes you after your arrival and familiarizes you with the furnishing of the house and the technical equipment. On departure, she will carry out the inspection together with you, settle the electricity consumption and the final cleaning with you and will of course be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We are also available for you at any time by phone or email.


The electricity bill is based on consumption, but $ 25 / week is included in the rental price. Any additional consumption will be billed at $ 0.14 / kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Wonderful rental!

Had an awesome time! This house was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. Sandra the property manager went above and beyond to answer questions and even came out at night to help us with the TV, etc. The owner was also very prompt in answering. This property was better than the description. Beautiful pool area on a canal. The house was spotless. It was completely equipped, very well laid out and the King and Queen beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We were there for a week and spent much of each day relaxing by the pool. Check out Ft. Myers beach (several bars, shops and restaurants) Downtown Ft. Myers is great. Many nice restaurants around. We would love to go back.

Sunny days

Best part of trip to Florida is the sunny days at the beach. The second best is where you stay. The house location is excellent. Near the beach, eating establishments, and shopping. House was clean and neat on arrival. Property manager stopped by to answer any question. Did not take long to settle in and enjoy the sun set. Comfortable king bed for the night. Large screen TV and plenty of options to watch. Very good choice. Very relaxing.

Awesome vacation

The property was perfect. It ranked as one of our most relaxing vacations. The pool was perfect. Location was great and close to many great restaurants. We did alot of exploring Cape Coral and surrounding areas and we were amazed. We visited Matlacha Island nearby and ate at their nearby restaurants. We also visited Ft. Myer, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands. This home puts you in a perfect location for alot of sites to see, great restaurants and a cozy and comfortable place to return to. The pool was just perfect. The canal is beautiful and the early morning is so serene. We enjoyed the neighborhood Muskovy duck. We also enjoyed seeing the schools of fish off the dock. This is truly an amazing place. The property manager is very helpful and a pleasure to speak to.

Fun in the sun in Cape Coral

We have rented different homes each March over the past 10 years.....and this home ranks at the top. The pool is fabulous and one of the few that had an insulated pool cover. The pool area has a wonderful space for sitting in the sun and outdoor dining. The kitchen has beautiful new appliances and a great dining table when you choose to stay indoors. The bathrooms were nice, especially with one of them opening onto the pool area. Living room seating was super comfortable with reclining in front of the amazing, large television. The location of the home is in an excellent area of southwest Cape Coral, a quiet neighborhood with good access to Fort Myers or north to Pine Island, Punta Gorda and northern beaches. Lastly, the hosts Paolo and Manuela are gracious and responsive. Overall this is a great property which we would readily rent again!!!!

Enjoyable Vacation

We rented the house for the month of February and the house & heated pool were very nice. It is in a very quiet neighborhood & very close to grocery store & gas. The bed in the master is very large & comfortable & the bathroom is great! We spent a lot of time on the lanai. It has 2 bikes which is great but I am in my 60's and about 5' so the bike was too high for me to ride even by lowering the seat. Only my husband could ride. That was a little disappointing but other than that it was a very nice place. Paolo was very nice to work with & responded to any of our questions in a timely manner. We definately will rent again! Beautiful home and very clean

We had a great vacation in Cape Coral. Our vacation home was beautiful and very clean. I am sort of a clean freak so this made me very happy. The pool and view of the canal was perfect and very relaxing. The property owner was very responsive and checked up on us when we arrived to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I loved having the bikes available. We enjoyed bike rides and walks around the neighborhood. We rented a boat for a few days and having the dock available was great. We enjoyed our boat rides through the canals and exploring the big waters. We took a few boat rides to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and caught a lot of fish. The weather was perfect and we look forward to visiting in the future.

Pool and Canal Views Highlight this Property!

Mornings and Evenings spent around the pool swimming and watching wildlife was so relaxing. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for our bike rides through the canals. The house was very clean, smartly decorated and comfortable for our week long stay. Having the reclining chairs for all four of us was an added bonus!

Pelican Villa was outstanding in every way! The location on the canal was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house had several superb amenities, particularly the large heated pool and furnishings in the comfortable living room and bedrooms.
