Discover this charming 2-bedroom, family-friendly cottage in South Kingstown. It is located in Snug Harbor with distant views of Point Judith Salt Pond. Guests can bike or walk 1.5 miles to East Matunuck State Beach. A beach parking pass will be included in your rental. Bring your paddleboards / kayaks - the public boat launch is only a block away! For your convenience, we will provide beach towels and chairs.

Guests will enjoy a space featuring one queen bed in the downstairs bedroom as well a spacious loft area with two twin beds (with one additional trundle bed). On the main floor, there is plenty of living room seating and a dining table with room for 5! The kitchen is updated with a dishwasher and microwave and is fully stocked with the necessities (toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots / pans, dishes, glasses, etc.). The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, towels, basic soaps, and a hair dryer.

This home has a small fenced in backyard, an outdoor firepit, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Perfect setup to roast marshmallows or enjoy a glass of wine!
