Our stay was fantastic. Ume is a great host - extremely responsiveness and very thoughtful. The location itself was perfect for our family of four. Quick walk to the beach as well as Matunuck Oyster Bar. At the end of the day we could all relax on the porch with views of the Ocean and sunsets. Nothing to complain about, loved it all!

Our family had a relaxing, fun two week vacation. We loved having our dog with us. Every morning we enjoyed a water view with our coffee. We didn’t have to rush to the beach in order to get parking because we could walk instead. We were close to many good restaurants and loved the area. Simply a perfect vacation.

Really nice house and complex, can walk to East Matunuck beach in a few minutes. Beach chairs, buggy, etc all provided! We checked out the other beaches and Narragansett - all were within 15 min drive! One FYI if traveling with a few people or children and using both bedrooms - the downstairs bedroom is separated from the main living area via open spiral staircase, there’s no real separation. The lights / sounds from main floor will carry right through.
