Villa Alegria is a home where beauty is as prevalent as the balmy Baja sunshine. With each of the lovely bedrooms complemented by a private bath, each with a becoming balcony and terrace, it's easy to see that Alegria is a vacation home of substance and style. The 9,000 square feet of airy interior space includes a library and a den, striking uses of marble and granite, and artistic accents that display a designer's touch.

Villa Alegria won't short you on outside amenities either: you can host a party of 20 with ease, and 8 of those attendees can sigh and splash in the jacuzzi alone, though they might be tempted by bigger splashes in the stylish pool. Why not set up an evening (or three) of outside dining, whether supplied by the full kitchen inside or the gas barbecue out? The stunning ocean view will be tasty either way.

Lolling about in villa luxury will consume a lot of your downtime, but don't forget that the beach and downtown are only a mile or less away. Like its beautiful Pedregal neighborhood, Villa Alegria is a Cabo classic.

Note: Bedrooms 1-4 are not accessible from the main house. Bedrooms are accessed from the outside balcony.
