Villa Alegria is a home where beauty is as prevalent as the balmy Baja sunshine. With each of the lovely bedrooms complemented by a private bath, each with a becoming balcony and terrace, it’s easy to see that Alegria is a vacation home of substance and style. The 9,000 square feet of airy interior space includes a library and a den, striking uses of marble and granite, and artistic accents that display a designer’s touch. Villa Alegria won’t short you on outside amenities either: you can host a party of 20 with ease, and 8 of those attendees can sigh and splash in the jacuzzi alone, though they might be tempted by bigger splashes in the stylish pool. Why not set up an evening (or three) of outside dining, whether supplied by the full kitchen inside or the gas barbecue out? The stunning ocean view will be tasty either way. Lolling about in villa luxury will consume a lot of your downtime, but don’t forget that the beach and downtown are only a mile or less away. Like its beautiful Pedregal neighborhood, Villa Alegria is a Cabo classic. This is a perfect setting for a destination wedding, group getaway or special celebration!

We look forward to helping you plan an amazing vacation in Los Cabos.
Stayed at Villa Alegria for three days in May for a wedding. The villa is very accommodating and staff was friendly and helpful. Easiest was to get up and down is taxi and varies from $4-$10 pp depending on where your going. The house is beautiful and if you just wanted to hangout all day, swim, hot tub, or go to the beach you can do it all here!
We were a group of 14 - family, friends, and all age groups, celebrating a 50th birthday. This villa was the perfect choice for a close group to stay and so huge; there's plenty of room for people to spread out for privacy or do different activities throughout our stay. We spent most of our time out in the pool and large deck, or inside with the pool table and cozy couches. This is at the top of the hill in Pedregal, so getting to and from town was a strenuous but great workout; or easy and fairly quick taxi ride whenever we needed one (we decided not to rent cars during our stay and it was a good choice for us). Our host with Cabo Villas was always a phone call away and super helpful setting up last-minute activities, from an in-villa chef experience (highly recommended!) to city tours. The interiors are perhaps a bit dated, but there is plenty of luxury to make up for it. We highly recommend this villa for a large group as long as you are okay with not being in the middle of town.
The Cabo travel team did an amazing job of taking care of the 14 of us! Best customer service I have ever had!
The property was perfect with plenty of room, great staff and breathtaking views!
We came with a group for a friend's wedding. My friend is a travel agent and suggested Villa Alegria. The first impression of the villa was great. The outside is very well maintained. The view is fantastic. That's where it all ends!!!!
Bedrooms (outside main house)
We were told before we arrived that only 3 of the bedrooms were in the main house. Unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to get a bedroom in the main house. The bedrooms outside the main house were disgusting. They were 1-2 stars, at best. The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms didn't look like they'd been remodeled since 1980. The air conditioner didn't work. Our room flooded one day, completely soaking everything! Another couple that stayed in the house (outside the main house) got strange bites on their legs. I'd say they had at least 100 bites. In fact, they had to find a pharmacy to stop the itching.
Kitchen: The kitchen was outdated and the utensils and cookware were very old.
Main House: The furniture was dirty & old. 1 of our friends that stayed in the main house said their TV never worked. Another said they couldn't get the AC to work right.
CONSTRUCTION: We stayed Saturday through Saturday. Beginning Monday morning (through Friday), there was construction next door. They had saws going all day long, which made laying by the pool miserable.
Pool: There was something in the pool that made everyone turn green/blue. Kind of scary!
One good thing that we experienced was the concierge & housekeeping. Both were fantastic. Also, the size of the villa was very large.
The Villa was just as great in person as it was in the pictures. It was all it claimed to be. All the amenities were great and in good shape. The daily housekeeping staff took good care of the villa and kept everything in good shape. There was more than enough space to accommodate and entertain our group of young adults and senior citizens.
Great property in gated community! Close to downtown and marina areas.
The house was comfortable for our group of 13 people and had a nice view of the Pacific ocean. The pool was warm and the hot tub heated up fast and was a nice size. I loved having a pool table and the TV area furniture fit us all too! Thanks too for our great helpers who came daily (not Sunday) and kept our house in good shape. What was a bit disappointing is the minor upkeep issues - bad toilet handle, loose garbage drawer, bad coffee maker - all which could easily be fixed.
