The room was beautiful and clean. However, one of our requirements when choose a place to stay is having a pool. The description shows pool on site, but has not been in use since the first of the year. Called the office, said we could use the pool next door, but they never sent the gate code to get in after stating she would send. Extremely disappointing upon arrival finding this out. Notified 2 days prior to arrival that the building was being painted ( months in the planning). Not that big deal for us.
