There are two nightstands with reading lamps, as well as a flat screen TV and dresser in this amazing bedroom and an enormous closet in the attached bathroom.

This incredibly spacious bathroom is attached to King Master Suite #1 and features tile work throughout, an extra-large vanity with two sinks and a private commode. DOUBLE QUEEN SUITE--Bay side
This bright and spacious bedroom is in the center of the condo and has 2 QUEEN BEDS with super-soft Egyptian cotton sheets, lovely quilts and a flat screen TV. It has a large window, and a nightstand with lamp make this a comfortable place to curl up with a good book. A dresser and double closet provide ample space for your things. Your full bath is next door, and you can close the pocket door to the hallway for a totally private suite.

This well-appointed bathroom includes a vanity with sink, commode and beautiful tile tub/shower combination. You'll also welcome the large, fluffy bath towels and personal hair dryer in this bathroom. It's located inside the Double Queen Suite #2; you can choose to close the pocket door to the hallway for a private suite or leave it open to the hallway.
KING MASTER SUITE - Bay Side
This lovely, private bedroom at the front of the condo features a comfortable King bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful quilt and a flat screen TV. Double windows, bedside tables with reading lamps and a large dresser add to the comfortable features in this room. You'll appreciate the distant bay views too. An attached full bath completes this lovely private retreat within this amazing vacation home.
MASTER Bathroom #3
Attached to King Master Suite #3, this bathroom has a vanity with sink, commode and new walk-in shower. You'll find big, fluffy bath towels and a personal hair dryer here as well.
For your convenience – you'll find a full-size washer and dryer in this unit. There's also free WI-FI in case you need to work while on vacation or would like to enjoy your wireless devices. We also provide for our youngest guests - you'll find a pack-n-play and a high chair in the home too.

Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25+ to book and stay.
- Occupancy Limits: Follow maximum occupancy listed. Children count in total occupancy.
- No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. No excessive noise allowed.
- No Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside will result in a $500 fine.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved service animals with documentation.
- Trash Disposal: All trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster before departure. No trash outside doors or balconies.
- Towels & Linens: Please leave all used towels in the shower or tub. Bath towels must stay indoors.
- Check-Out:
• Turn off all lights, appliances, TVs.
• Load and run the dishwasher.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Remove all trash.
- Safety: Supervise children at all times. No candles allowed indoors.
- Parking: Only Park in designated areas. No RVs, boats, trailers, or buses.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
