This beautiful and renovated second story four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo sits directly on the Gulf, offering stunning views of the Emerald Coast and 1,100 feet of private white sandy beaches. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen that includes modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The dining area provides seating for four guests; additional seating is available at the kitchen island.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an entrance to the private balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an entrance to the private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two full-size beds and access to the private balcony. And the fourth bathroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin trundle bed.
At the center of Sandpiper Cove sits Louisiana Lagniappe, one of Destin’s most sought-after restaurants. You will also find Rick’s Sand Trap Bar and Grill on the Gulf side. As a guest of this condo, you can enjoy one of the five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs or practice your backhand swing on one of the six tennis courts.
