Bed was super comfortable and location was great. Short walk to ski in/out, 15 min walk to village or hop on the bus just outside the building.

Almost ski in ski out
The condo is in good condition with nice decor and a generous bedroom. Triple sinks make 4 people more comfortable. To get to the ski hill you will have to walk across the street and around the aspen resort. Almost ski in ski out.

Suited for a couple rather than a small family
This property met most of our needs. It was very clean and the master bed was comfortable. We did use the pullout sofa bed for our children. We could have used more blankets beyond the one left in the closet. As a family with younger children, the pool hours were a disappointment as it closed at 4:00 pm. So if you ski the entire day, you miss out on the pool.

Shower didn’t work properly, didn’t have AC and fan did not cool the suite, it was 38 deg Celsius outside. Had to call for cleaning of some areas when we checked in. Bug was seen in the washroom sink 2 mornings in a row. It was spacious though.

Terrible experience
We paid for an extended check out for our stay (at 2 pm). Not only did the front desk wrongfully wake us up in the morning by calling to tell us that we are late for checking out at 10 am (we weren’t because we paid for late check out) but when we went to partially load in our things to our car, we got struck in the underground parking garage because our security code expired early. It was painful and extremely time-consuming to escape the garage and we ended up missing out on lunch reservations with family.

Elena, thank you for your review, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. Our apologies for the error we made. We understand your frustration. We hope the refund we offered helps to compensate. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can host you again!
Disappointing Stay – Overpriced, Noisy, and Uncomfortable, and it was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had. It felt like a run-down motel with luxury-level pricing.
If they charged budget-hotel rates, maybe this would be acceptable, but at this price point, to pay for service fees/cleaning fee, and parking it was a complete ripoff.
The place was smelly and completely unwelcoming. The hallways had a terrible odor, and unfortunately, it only got worse inside the room. The carpet smelled bad, the sofa bed was stinky and squeaky, and even the pillow and extra blanket in the main bedroom had an unbearable odor. Everything was outdated, poorly maintained, and just unpleasant.
On top of that, the thin walls made it incredibly noisy, and getting a decent night's sleep was impossible. Between the loud surroundings and the uncomfortable, squeaky sofa bed, we could barely rest. The whole environment felt so unwelcoming and unpleasant that we didn’t even stay for our second night—we left early.
We stay at Whistler every year, but I will never stay at this building/property.

nice but absolutely condiments
The place was clean and in a great location but they did not even provide salt and pepper; or any other basic condiment,
Good layout and close to the Blackcomb Gondola. The Upper Village is a little bit quieter, which has its upside and downside. More limited selection of restaurants and groceries. Note that the check-in area and front desk is not at The Marquise, but about a 4 min walk away over a hill, which might be a hassle depending on the weather and your luggage. The light in the kitchen was flashing on and off, and they only partially repaired it. I hope they can fully repair it.
The walls and floors are a bit thin, but was generally manageable. We only stayed during the week, so it may get louder during the weekend and be an issue.
Laundry is available in the basement of the building, and is coins only. There is a change machine (but no ATM) located in the building across the street near the check in counter. Vacasa provided laundry detergent on request.
Note that the showerhead is pretty low, so if you're taller, it may be a bit annoying.
Excellent accommodation for a short get-away. Condo is cozy and kitchen is very well appointed. Easy walking distance to village, trails and amenities. Definitely recommend for a couple of adults.

Overall Satisfied with Improvement to make
Very clean and spacious, quite and convenient location. walking distance to both mountains and village. Have all the necessary kitchen and bathroom supplies. The only complaint is this unit has no air conditioning, in itself it is a non issue as we can open the window and patio door to get cooler air outside; But due to majority of the neighboring units have air conditioning turned on, the noises are pretty loud if you have the window or the patio door open. I would give this unit 5 stars if the neighboring air conditioning are quieter.

Thank you for your review, John. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced from other people's air conditioning units and wish there was something we could have done about that. Unfortunately, that's no something we have any control over. We do hope this won't keep you from letting us host you again in the future.
