This house is perfection! It is so spacious and comes with everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and even bikes. The pool is directly across the street and the beach is a quick, easy walk. Access to a green egg and gas grill in the back makes dinners at home easy. Bonus the bocce court and cornhole boards are in your backyard! My family had the best time staying at Red Rooster and enjoying the beautiful beaches of 30A!

What a fabulous time we had at the Red Rooster! This rental is perfectly located in a fabulous community close to the pool and beach, has an incredibly spacious layout with tons of outdoor space and private balconies, is sparkling clean and perfectly appointed with everything you could want including a fully stocked kitchen, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella, and has the best property managers I’ve ever experienced. Sean and Fern made us feel like longtime friends from the very beginning with a proactive call to check-in on our arrival, tons of information about the community, and answers to every one of my many questions. Fern even made a beautiful personalized giftbag for us packed with water, snacks, hairclips, sand remover, and sunscreen – all the essentials for launching our visit in a bag I will use for years. It was a wonderful touch that further set the tone for our trip and will serve as a reminder for years to come. We were reluctant to select this new rental due to its lack of reviews but are so glad we did! It literally could not have been better!

Arrival Details:
Stop by Guest Services (open 9 AM – 8 PM) to pick up your Welcome Packet containing amenity wristbands, parking passes, a copy of the community rules, and a map of the neighborhood identifying all the tram stops. PLEASE note that wristbands are required for all guests over the age of 8 to access community amenities.

What’s Included:
* Bicycles: 4 adult size bikes are provided for guests, if more are needed head on over to the Peddlers Pavilion.
* Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella.
* Starter Essentials: A starter kit to get you settled while you wait for your grocery delivery or pickup.
* Community Tram: Stop by a sign and give them a call; tram is on its way.
* Beautiful Grounds: Take a walk along the paths through delightful courtyards containing benches, bocci ball, corn hole games.
