Located just 400 Feet from the eastern edge of Rosemary Beach, The Bluffs is a private community, with 335' of reserved beach frontage, a Gulf front community pool, and multiple gated beach access points.

244 Winston ln features 4 storys, 3 levels of living space, plus the first floor foyer, a carport with 2 spaces, and 2 uncovered reserved spaces.

2 Adult Bikes Included: More Bikes and Sizes can be ordered through Guest Services after booking.

2nd Floor: Open Living, Kitchen, Dining.
2 Balconies with views of the gulf, breakfast bar with seating for four, and a half bathroom.

3rd Floor: Bedroom #1, Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private balcony.
Bedroom #2, Bunk Room, 2 Twin Top Bunks, 2 Full Bottom Bunks, and ensuite bathroom.
Laundry Room.
4th Floor: Master Suite takes up this entire floor. Featuring a private balcony with sunset gulf views, large bathroom with soaking tub and dual vanities, and a private coffee bar, with sink, and
refrigerator.(Note: 4th Floor requires access via spiral staircase)

We were very impressed with the proximity of the house to the beach & community pool. The size of the house worked well for the number of people in our party & the 2 available uncovered parking spots was extremely nice to have for our use.
