About the host
Hosted by Kevin Kino
Kevin and Vinny operated a small Wine, Gifted and Gourmet Boutique that was established back in 2011. The spirit of community and curated discovery that defined The Gifted Ferret for 14 years in Woodstock, Georgia entered an exciting new chapter. The shop was always about more than just wine and gifts; it was about family. The brick and mortar store was closed to allow the company to move in a new direction. We invite you to join us in this next evolution.
Kevin and Vinny embarked on a new venture with the Oglethorpe Oasis Guesthouse in the Fort Oglethorpe, GA / Chattanooga, TN Area to help keep the Gifted Ferret legacy strong.
Prior to owning his own business, Kevin had a long 25+ year Management position with The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta. Starting from the bottom of the system working with the Coca-Cola Bottling of North Texas advancing over the years ending up at the Corporate Office location for The Coca-Cola Company in It Global Management for the majority of his career.

Why they chose this property
We decided to go back to a smaller town footprint rich in history. Our neighborhood actually backs up against the Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park, Civil War Battlefield on 2 sides.
What makes this property unique
The location is one of the original downtown neighborhoods of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. The neighborhood was established in the early 60's and have gone through many transformations over the years. Our house started as a small 3 bedroom, one bath ranch house. The home has taken many transformations through the years that brings us to today. Almost every inch of the property has been utilized in a very smart way resulting in a nearly 2600 sq. feet multi-level residence that includes a 16 x 32' pool, large pool and dining pavilion area, a private guesthouse and a back yard for our family of dogs to play.
