Quiet, Clean and Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath. 1948 outside with brand new insides.

Close to Everything Reno! Old Northwest Reno is an established quiet neighborhood.The home is 999 sq. Ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath with double sinks. There is a desk in the main bedroom if you need one. This home just finished a long term complete remodel and we’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need for your stay. Each room has a smart TV and mini-splits condition each room. There is a completely separate basement unit. The entrances are separate and the yards are fenced separately as well. Long term tenant is a professional that works long hours. We widened the driveway so both units share. The garage is not available for car storage but available to store important things while you’re staying there.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This two-bedroom cottage has been beautifully remodeled while retaining the charm of its 1940s vintage architecture and design. The cottage was immaculate, the kitchen and bath were gorgeous and well-stocked, and the beds and linens were high quality. The hosts were so easy to work with and they responded promptly to a couple of questions. Highly recommended for the quality and price.

Why they chose this property

Raymond Dr. is in Old Northwest, a very quiet neighborhood . Our home is 1 block walking to Raleys Grocery Store. Starbucks is across the street from that. Quick freeway access. Close to UNR and minutes to The Row!!

What makes this property unique

Our home was built in 1948 but from 2022-2025 it went through a complete gut-job remodel. Brand new plumbing, electrical, insulation, mini-splits, kitchen, bathroom, paint. We did keep the original hardwood floors but gave them a little TLC and new stain.
