We use a secure, app-free platform called Happy Guest for:
• Rental agreement and ID verification
• Guest portal with property information and local recommendations
• Optional add-ons such as firewood, early/late check-in requests, private chef, and housekeeping services

Optional damage waiver coverage is available for stays up to 10 nights, with additional daily fees for longer stays.

Additional Notes

• Starter supply of essentials provided (dish pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper). Please plan accordingly for longer stays or larger groups.
• Firewood available for purchase upon request.
• Streaming service logins are not provided; guests may use personal accounts.
• Four-wheel drive recommended during winter months.
• Snow plowing is handled by the township and cannot be scheduled.
• Hot tub rules must be strictly followed (no oils, soaps, glass, or jumping).

Water pressure and temperature may occasionally fluctuate during high-usage periods, which is common in the Poconos. Spacing out showers and avoiding simultaneous appliance use helps prevent interruptions.
