This spacious two-story coastal retreat offers an incredible outdoor oasis featuring a private pool, hot tub, outdoor heated shower, fire pit, grilling area, and four beach cruisers ready for exploring the neighborhood. The expansive deck is thoughtfully designed with plenty of loungers and cozy seating areas, giving everyone their own spot to relax after a perfect beach day.

The backyard pool area creates a true vacation vibe with its resort-style atmosphere, while the nearby pergola-covered parking area adds convenience. Out front, a wide welcoming porch spanning the entire home invites you to start your morning with coffee or wind down in the evening breeze.

Your coastal retreat is nestled in Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most beloved communities along Scenic Highway 30A. This area proudly holds the national “Blue Wave” designation, recognizing the pristine cleanliness of its famous sugar-white sand beaches.

Located between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park, Blue Mountain Beach offers a wonderful mix of natural beauty, local charm, and family-friendly experiences. Spend your days exploring scenic biking and hiking trails, enjoying peaceful beach walks, or discovering the vibrant local dining scene.

Start your mornings with coffee and pastries from the beloved Blue Mountain Bakery, and enjoy relaxed evenings dining at Blue Mabel Restaurant. And of course, no visit is complete without stopping at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery—many locals will tell you it’s the best ice cream on 30A!

BEACH ACCESS
The closest beach access is Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, located just a few blocks away at the end of Hwy 83. This access offers restrooms, showers, and parking, making your beach days easy and convenient.

Guests may bring coolers, wagons, single inflatable toys, kayaks, and paddleboards, so pack up your gear and enjoy a perfect day on the Gulf.

• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may occasionally be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi, or slow WiFi.
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at the property or in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken items.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with Bonheur Vacations and provide identity verification which includes:
A photo of your government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license)
A selfie for verification
